    Thanks,
I think my Fidonet hub is still having trouble.
They had an outage earlier today.

Back to basics .. I ressurected an old PC I had kicking around and put a copy of ArcaOS on it.. trying to see which mode runs better.. OS/2 native or DOS version .. so far OS/2 version is winning the race, but finding OS/2 native door games is challenging lol

    I ran anything like that.

I have Iron Ox .. I have a couple others as well .. I need to mess with some of my DOS settings too cuz when there is a DOS window open it seems to slow down the entire system .. you'd think with it being ArcaOS 5 they would have addressed that issue since OS/2 is still very DOSsy lol

I still have my OS/2 Warp 3 box set lol.. but it refuses to install ... ArcaOS is pretty decent .. it's a bit quirky on install .. HPFS limitations are still a thing .. it will not install to a boot partition larger than 8G

Other than that, it's pretty solid out of the box.. everything just works .. no need to scramble for drivers and it even supports my NVME drives as well as my LVM array
