Is it me, or when you upgrade an account it doesn't copy the start menu for the user over?

I have it set in the security level and it's been this way for years, yet when I manually to a CTRL+U and select the security profile which HAS the start menu it never populates the user???

Trying to understand what you're doing... so you'll have a default start menu set for all new user sign ups... for your individual user security levels do you specify something other than that default start menu against each secuity level?

In my case I don't have anything set there... but when I ctrl-U and save the new security setting against the user, they gain extra time etc.. but I'm not applying a specific start menu just because the upgraded from unvalidated to validated...

Just want to check what your setup / process is? :)

Correct.

New users have the newusera menu.
Regular users have the prelogin menu

when i upgrade them the startup menu thats assigned to the regular security level doesnt get applied when upgrading the user.

I downgraded to A47 and it works now. I can do a ctrl+U and it upgrades the account and populates the startmenu.

This appears to be a bug in A48....
