    A wet and windy day across all of Connemara with persistent rain, heaviest during midday and early afternoon. Dense overcast skies throughout with patchy light fog developing in the morning. Rain will be very likely during the day with precipitation totals of 15-25mm expected across the region. Eastern areas may see slightly lower totals while western coastal areas bear the brunt. Temperatures will struggle, reaching only 8-9?C by afternoon despite the cloud cover and southerly winds.
