Is there a way to have an event run on a schedule every hour at a given? Like 15 minutes after every hour?

Yes, you can go to SCFG > External Programs > Timed Events and add an event there. You can't directly specify 15 minutes after every hour,
but one option is to tell it how many times a day you want the event
to run. You could tell it 24 times per day and it should run once per hour.

Yeah, that's what I've been doing, was just wondering if I missed a way to be more specific.

If you are running on a linux system, you can use cron to run a script, touch atrigger file, etc., on a more predictable basis.

You can use the Windows Task Scheduler. Unfortunately, if you have the events on one computer, you can NOT export them to another computer, and instead have to re-enter them.

You actually can export tasks to another computer with Windows Task Manager. You should be able to right-click on the task and export it to an XML file, which you can then import into Task Manager on another computer. Also, there are commands you can use for that purpose for the Windows command line.
