    I downloaded the New AI-WX door and intalled it on Win 7 32 bit. The issue I'm having is I have to install .NET Framework 4.8.1 unfortunitely Windows 7 doesn't suppport that version. Is there amyway to get this Door to run in Windows 7?

    Unfortunately, in order to hit the weather APIs, .NET Framework 4.8 is the minimum that supports the needed security requirements. Older frameworks simply will not connect to modern API's. I actually built a .NET 4.7 version as a test to see and no bueno. ;(

    Unfortunately, in order to hit the weather APIs, .NET Framework 4.8 is
    the minimum that supports the needed security requirements. Older frameworks simply will not connect to modern API's. I actually built a .NET 4.7 version as a test to see and no bueno. ;(

    Anyway it's a pretty cool Weather Door.

    Nothing to do with win 8, but after I purchased AI-WX, I installed it on Mystic win 10 (here) and also tested it on a Mystic install on Debian, its worked great and looks terrific. I had to learn to keep all it's related files in a single directory (not all over the place) :-)

    So far, it's the only door running on my Linux install that works. Even MRC is giving me a hard time.

    Good luck with Win 8.

    Have you considered switching to Windows 10 32 bit?
