I came across a new monthly magazine on Retro Computing
called Compute!'s Gazette. It has a monthly column on BBSing named
Dialed Back. The August 2025 issue has a screen shot of $20 for
Beers BBS and the Sept 2025 issue has several other BBS's mentioned
that we are familar with here. Nicely formatted and available
in print or digital form, USA based unlike most magazines now days
that are mostly UK based. Nice to see the BBS scene getting some
love.
I'm not affiliated in anyway, just thought it might be of interest
here.

Yeah, it's $6.95, but have you been to the book store lately? That's
cheap.

Yes, I bought Aug 2025 and Sept 2025, both are good reads if you are into vintage computers.

I do think about the old retro days at times.
my 1st computer was a Commodore Vic-20, then later I bought a Tandy
Color Computer 2.
Actually ran a BBS on a color computer 2 from 1986-1988.
I did visit the site and looked at the free issue.
I some times go look through some of the old CoCo2 Rainbow magazine issues, and I have every issue of the Rainbow Magazine for download on outwest.synchro.net website.
yep, I guess I am still into the old retro computers :).
